Next time only put ONE drop from antigen A+B+RH not 3 drops that will effect your quality with small blood drops like that

This is not the best technique for typing blood, because squeezing the blood from the finger can lyse the red cells. Plus its best to do this in a tube of some sort and then centrifuge the tubes to get the best agglutination.

if you have 2 parents letrs say o + ( bothparents ) then their children should be 0+ is that right ?? they should not have children with different blood groups anybody know ?

@HBSfromMsia The anti-B reacts with B antigen in the sample blood and therefore agglutinated. Type B blood does not contain anti-B, Type A and O does.
