I was pretty buff a few years ago, then i stopped working out until today, it's been almost 3 years. I still have no idea why i stopped working out :/
When it's delivered, i'm gonna use all of this machine's potential to grow me some muscles again

@dd6500 This with a combination of a better diet and cardio. Jogging/running or whatever cardio is FAR more important to the idea of "six-pack abs" and low body fat. The absolute ONLY WAY to trim down fat in all areas is to burn more calories than you take in. It's impossible otherwise. This takes a long time too truly commit, but it's the truth

But does it work the lower body??

I am in the same boat as you. I want to be just like Chuck Norris, but I can't find the card deck.

@dd6500 No, but eating less food wil. LMAO
