Some people say manic games are impossible because of memorisation yet I own on some but not others. Cave games are just "very hard" not "impossible" if anything after all.

It's been done before. He's using Palm + Abnormal shot type, the most powerful in the game, not to mention the game gives you tons of bombs. Ultra Mode is by far the hardest difficulty, but it's by no means impossible to 1CC it.
