actually ive seen not so often the matches presas vs kangals but ive got a few of them. out of 30 fights= 27/3 for the majority of presa breeds win.the fact that shepherd type of dogs would easily quit compared to presas.In my country,most popular fights are pitbulls vs almost all types of fighting dogs and pitbulls vs pitbulls.i dont knw why the europeans and arabians put their bets on shepherd dogs when definitely it's not the best- not even belong in the top 5. i live in 3rd world country.

It is an activity in which the dog actually has to HUNT & engage, not RETRIEVE what has already been hunted. That you mention a Vizsla or Pointer as a hunting dog is pure comedy. Once again, bring any of the dogs you've mentioned along on a hunt where they have to actually ENGAGE the prey when it's ALIVE & we'll see how useful the dog is.
