Thanks for the posting , down here in Australia, I have a Buick 1938 Special "Holden body".,exactly the same as your example. The Holden bodies were not built to the same high quality standard as Fisher bodies or McLaughlin of Canada. The motor and running gear was imported from Flint Mich USA. A great car then and still a great car today.Their specs were the same as USA models.
