Thats not advanced, thats basic algebra

What da??? First, there are restrictions multiplying by x2. X must be different of zero, and when you canceled numerator and denominator, you have to say that x is different of 2. Otherwise we would have an indeterminated expression.
Anyway, good method!!

out of curiosity, in what part of life would you use this? in a practical sense? Is there an engineering job that comes across equations like this frequently? cheers

I was stupid and didn't get my math requirement out of the way freshman year in college. 3 years later, I've forgotten a ton, even after taking 4 years in high school. These videos are absolute life savers! Thank you so much!
