Scarlatti sonata in C minor, K11 (L352)

My first Scarlatti piece! For those not in the know, Scarlatti was a composer (1685-1757). I believe he liked to do things more interestingly, and so in this piece the hands cross over, which isn't strictly necessary.

I'm playing the Longo version for the most part. I would really like comments and suggestions. As for my opinion, I am fairly satisfied with my playing. Of the mistakes I noticed, I started slow, but got a little quicker at some point in the 2nd half. Trills could use some polishing.

You're on your way to great playing. I recommend, though, to listen to recordings of this piece to get a feeling of where to place the baroque staccato. For instance, the cadenzas at the end of each part are usually played staccato. Every time the left hand crosses over, it is also played staccato. But then again everything is a matter of interpretation. Good playing.

@1969Chronos Thanks for your comment. I do want to play this piece in different ways so that I can get a better feel of it and a better sense of baroque playing. I will definitely try playing it with more staccato on the left hand crossing over. In this version, I was trying to contrast the longer notes of the left hand with the staccato of the right. There is lots one can do with a piece like this.
