I concur with the comments about the studio shot, it looks dark and somewhat gloomy. It feels as if it was shot while a verocious thunderstorm was going on outside, with the dark colours creeping in from all corners of the frame.

Personally, I don't think the backdrop/panel change will fix this, you may need at least another light to get rid of the laptop and phone shadows on the table, and probably one for the upper edge of the backdrop, too.

Good content, but the studio shot seems depressingly dark.

Way better if Sarah was standing up. Maybe use the "Radio Corner" set. All the shows she does is all done sitting. Mix it up a little. Also, if the intro would pause on the 2 word boxes after the first longer than half a second so that you could read what was in the boxes.
