  • I love the different textures and colors of the wood you've used.

    I'm going to try something like this with a Cold Steel Master Hunter blade I have (blade only). The tang is much larger (150 x 15 mm), with an overall length of 9 inches (23 cm). I don't have access to the beautiful wood you're using, but maybe I can substitute three other types. I have some Locust bark, which is dark brown and has a texture of something like leather.

    Anyway, thanks for the idea and motivation!
