It's the attitude in the written word. What's laughable is you complianing like Whites and Blacks. Do something about what you don't like about what's going on it and stop posting negitive comments. Take action.
Ndntonyn1's ignorance is laughable. First off, how does someone's written word sound white? Perhaps I'm just educated and can spell. However, to clarify a few things, I am a very proud Nanticoke. My grandmother is a Norwood (the other set), and as a matter of fact, the land you were dancing on that year belongs to my uncle. Additionally, I have been dancing at that powwow since before Redbird died that is until Tee took over and made it a mockery.
nativeone1104 sounds White. If you knew the history of the Nanticoke, and "if" you were Nanticoke you would know it's about Nanticoke people keeping OUR culture alive. I Danced for my dad there that year. I danced with my grandson. You didn't make the difference there. The Nanticoke poeple did. Stay home next time.
You're right ndn2thbnz. There was a storm. Just to be able to travel there from Cali to dance for my dad meant the world to me. Nanticoke are still alive. nativeone1104 sounds White
This is nothing compared to all of the powwows previous. Very poorly organized. Very few vendors, Very few dancers. There were a few that shined and the red blanket always is amazing, but overall nothing like the previous years.
well, that was just painful to listen to
