Hey, Fresh-Up Freddie was a Disney creation for 7-Up way back in 1957, and sometimes the pitch of his voice would change from commercial to commercial!! Here he is fighting bulls with his lower-register voice (a sport I've always been against), but the bull gets a refreshing drink out of the deal...
the guy looks like PANCHITO

I'm told Freddie was voiced by Paul Frees, but here he sounds like Ben "Bugs" Hardaway, creator of Bugs Bunny and Woody Woodpecker (and Woody's voice for most of the 1940's).

This bullring and the bull, too, were from "For Whom the Bulls Toil", a Goofy cartoon where he finds himself as a matador.

That commercial sponsored "Zorro" and "The Mickey Mouse Club".
