I agree. I'm not a Britney fan either, but after seeing a clip of her having a hard time ordering take-out just because the "press" wouldn't leave her alone, it kinda broke my heart a bit.

This song is amazing. Tori is amazing.

This was so awesome because Tori, like other female artists could have lashed out at Britney and made fun of her, but instead she showed such amazing love and sympathy for Britney. I think Tori is so wonderful in this way because she knows when to fight her way and be the best artist and when to love others. I am not a Britney fan, but I think the media needs to leave her alone and let her heal and be her own person. This was truly beautiful.

I really think the gesture of accomplished female musicians like Tori reaching out to Britney is sublime and important. After all, Britney is regularly trashed by the so called 'cultured' contingent, who seem to forget that there's a very sensitive woman behind the brand.
