  • I agree, it seemed rushed with the final battle. I wish though, that it didn't end the way it did for Tenaka, although it was cool that he became this Nadir warlord, which I guess was his true position all along. I wish that Gemmell had expanded on Tenaka's son that where mentioned in the end, a book based on his son's or grandson's and so on, would have really outlined Tenaka's awesome legacy.

  • @SteelTofu

Read Quest for Lost Heroes, he has a story that deals somewhat with son of Tenaka's legacy, but not in a good way.

  • @tenakakhan1985 I absolutely have started as a result of seeing your Quest for Lost Heroes review, Im enjoying it thus far.. its odd that Gemmell focused the entirety of the beginner on someone who I presumed wasn't the main character, I'm loving the characters in it so far, though I haven't yet met any of Teneka's family... so we'll see! Anyway, thanks for the great reviews :D

  • Good review and I agreeing with Gemmell wrapping things up to quickly! He could of really used an extra 50 - 100 pages to wrap things up a bit better.
