Alex's work is THE standard that all comics should be.

His mother was an advert artist when they still drew them and her style is actually very similer to Ross's so you can say its in the blood.

Ross has a fantastic style but although thier art may not look as real the likes of Jim Lee (batman) and micheal silvestri (xmen early/mid 80s) are just as good,better actually imo because they can imo create a far more flowing storyline on the page while ross seems like a set of photo realistic pictures stacked ogether.

I am new too Batman Comics I own several out of all those several comics Alex Ross batman art is the most realistic

@Godzilla370 Ross never seems to give the white eyes, his Green Lantern doesn't have the white eyes either.

i do ok, for only been drawing for 2 years, i just need to practice drawing my characters the same way lol

Its a shame he doesn mostly covers. If he did more books, comic artist would have too hard a time. I've not seen your work, I'm sure your good too.
