Today's rapid military technological and strategic change requires a complete understanding of the present and the past. The very rapid rate of change today makes study of the past more important than before. The Iron Warriors video presents the Past as a Prologue to the future, exploring the usefulness of military history for contemporary military strategists while illustrating remarkable individuals, leadership skills and contributions made by the USA Army to both National and International Communities. The objective for the Iron Warriors video was to produce a visually impacting virtual tour of the Tank Museum and helicopter artifacts. It is a history lesson that is entertaining, unique, and seeks to generate a large audience of military and civilian viewers and patrons nationwide and globally. The virtual tour is an educational tool for children, adults and the general public. The Iron Warriors was developed to highlight without overtly pushing or mentioning the fact that today's soldier is required to function in many sectors and expertise levels in our global environment and thus their unique ability to transfer military skills into the private sector. Today's soldiers are Ambassadors, City Planners, Leaders, Heroes, Educators and Warriors; they have the ability to translate theoretical concepts into critical thinking and creative applications, and are a vital part of the U.S. Military Strategy and our global economic growth. It's a modern concept where setting in motion the commitment of an idea leads viewers and future employers to a positive conclusion. In today's tough job market its critical for job seekers to create the right professional and emotional Corporate connection, a connection that speaks the language of a conversation that is already happening in their heads. Many corporate employers have become immune if not weary to direct frontal promotional assaults and glossy resumes. RDI presents a new marketing paradigm outside of Madison Avenue where creativity and minuscule overhead can go head to head with massive budget productions. The strategy for the Iron Warriors video is to utilize multi-media to rapidly disseminate information about the job skills and contributions made by today's soldiers. The end goal is simple: to craft messages which persuade Corporate employers toward a favorable course of action. The integration of viral smart videos produced by R&D Global Services as a military marketing strategy capitalizes on economies of scale and evolves with the complexity of changing global environment.
The Iron Warriors was produced and directed by Dr. Linda S. Restrepo and Dr. Carlos E. Restrepo award winning filmmakers who produce educational, training, research and marketing videos.
The film producers are requesting video, photos, comments and stories from countries, crew members, individuals who participated in any of these conflicts to be considered for inclusion in a Historical Film being produced which may be submitted to the major film festivals. All submissions will remain the property of R&D Global Services.
