The roses have gathered round, claiming what they'll respresent to humans. Love was the red, hope was pink, happiness was yellow, and so on....until only sadness was left. The blue rose, being beauty, felt that the others didn't want to be known as sadness, never given away...So the blue rose became beautiful sorrow. This is her song she sings, waiting until a person shall weep upon her moonlight petals

From what I know nox means night and arcana means secret, so nox arcana would roughly mean secret night or maybe secrets of the night. But I am not sure so if anyone who knows latin could translate I would be grateful.
