  • I have the same blower and I pulled the cord and it snapped. How do I replace the cord? Should I do it myself or take it to have it fixed at sears? Because I see that there are some unscrewing to do on the side of it but Im not good dissembling things I always end up with few parts extra. If you think its pretty simple fixing this let me know pls. Thank you...

  • @taitetu I'm pretty mechanically inclined and can usually figure out how to fix something by taking it apart and seeing how it works. However, if you are not as comfortable in your abilities, I would take it to Sears and have them fix it, it will be a piece of cake for them (and less frustration for you). I will say that pull cord assemblies can sometimes be difficult because there is a spring and sometimes many small parts inside.

  • @chevykid94 ill make a cold start of mine and post a vid response

  • @xswsxcde Sounds good, mine always starts nice and smooth no matter how long it sits.

  • If your 25cc stop and you can not start it again, do not play with the carb. The problem is the 2 allen key screws that hold the head over the piston. Same shit happened with my old one.

  • @taitetu The same thing happened to my dad's mower, and I fixed it myself. It's definitely worth fixing. Just take it apart and you can definately figure it out if I figured it out.(I'm 12 with no engine experience)

  • PT2 Its a lil loud but well worth the extra power it has ...Let me tell u it really has double the amount of power it had stock. I recommend this to every owner u will be amazed with the performance... Keeps up with a major name brand that I also own.... Do it your Craftsman Blower will love u for letting it breath....

  • It doesn't have to much power out of the box but I fixed this problem quick . Here is what I did to mine I removed the cover (get rid of it u don't need it it restricts the power more than 50%) on the muffler which had 4 screws this cover has an exhaust hole about an 1/2'' Behind this cover is a spark screen get rid of that also. Then I drilled out the muffler which also has a 1/2'' exhaust hole, I drilled it out with the biggest bit I could fit then 2 more on the side 3 total, WOW now It kicks

  • Wow I got it at 56.99

  • I got one a year ago, WHAT A PIECE OF SHIT! I have had to clean the carburetor rebuild it and now the valves in the motor are cracking and it runs like crap, I bought a 150 mph Craftsman electric blower instead today I got tired of having to buy gas for that piece of shit.

  • @chevykid94 did you say regular price was $130? The sears by me sells these for $99 regular price. I got the model up from this one that has the cruse control and stuff. So fare this thing has great power and good suction in vac mode. In blower mode it works just as well. I payed $115 for mine if I get 5 seasons out of it I'll be happy. you can also adjust the carb on these blowers to wich is good.
