Making Layouts with CTMH Scrapbooking Patterns, Part II

Learn how to make layouts using Close to My Heart (CTMH) scrapbooking patterns. I use a three-level approach: 1) Basic - I use paper with a preprinted layout to make a simple, yet attractive page. 2) Step It Up - Using a pattern from the book, Reflections, I make a creative layout and add an embellishment. 3) Glam It Up - Building upon the Step It Up page, I add stamping to my layout.
