What Jihad? You can't even wake up for fajr

How can you be willing and ready to fight if you can't even wake up for fajr?

Though, what about when Amr ibn Uqaysh (RA) came to Muhammad(SAW) and said the Kalima'(at Uhud'), did Muhammed tell him to study the Qur'an and hadith or to go through any spiritual training? no rather Muhammad (SAW) sent him to fight at Uhud. And he (Amr) died as a shaheed. " He is the best of Jews"-Muhammad (SAW)

Keep in mind Amr didnt even pray Fajr,Dhuhr,'Asr Maghrib or 'Isha !!

that's definitely true, salat al fajr is a must and you feel really good when you wake up for it. Ya Rab help all Muslims with salat a fajr, and help us understand the importance of salat...Ameen.

Amazing how these "scholars" try to dissuade the Muslims from jihad. Why doesn't he say "Perform all your fajrs, then only u can think about saum/zakat"?

I'm not arguing on the importance of salah, but I find it disturbing when people say that perfect salah is a prerequisite of jihad. We should be trying to perfect all our faraaid at the same time. It shouldn't be that we are so preoccupied in perfecting our fajr that we leave out jihad feesabilillah!

You are explicitly saying that all Muslims must be 100% in their deen BEFORE they prepare & fight Jihad but if you understand the seerah, you will know that the mujahideen are not perfect today nor were at the time of the first 3 generations. ALLAH swt doesnt expect you to be a scholar perfect in His deen; He expects you to do your best, sincerely BUT Jihad today, is Fardhu ayn. My brothers, this advice is INCORRECT. If someone is going to be a fitnah maker and deminish the honour of the saudi scholars for a day job, then he at least must have arabic language as one on his qualifications.

And the scholars have more arabic speaking deviants to speak against than english one's.

@lakersrule6, I agree, these people try and use many fail arguments to discourage themselves and other Muslims from obeying the law of Allah. The Muslims never deny or suppress any obligation of Allah rather we take the Qur'an in totality.

Jihad above all is what protects Islam and allows Muslims to freely practice the religion. Without Jihad Muslims are humiliated and our deen is threatened. Jihad is the greatest obligation on the Ummah today, may Allah (swt) unite us with the Ghuraba.
