Heidi Montag & Spencer Pratt's PDA-Filled Beach Day, Bankruptcy Rumors

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt put on a PDA-filled show at the beach in Malibu Monday—with Spencer burying his face in Heidi's chest as they are photographed together.

As Spencer sweeps his wife off her feet for a dip in the water and kisses in the surf, the coordinated couple is clearly going even further to make their reconciliation public.

"In honor of things working out between my wife Heidi Montag and myself..."

To mark the new start in the relationship, Spencer shaved his beard and posted a bizarre video on YouTube about it. It's not clear who actually did the shaving, as pics of Heidi wielding the razor surfaced today. Either way, Ms. Montag seems to approve of her clean-shaven man!

I agree. Also, I heard on "The View that they blew 10 million dollars and are not completely broke. In fact they owe 2 million in taxes. I hope it's true. . It really was heart warming to hear this. They never deserved that money in the first place and the fact that they had it was unfair to every decent hardworking person on Earth. They aren't good people in anyway so they don't deserve wealth.
