Easy to say that this is shit. When you try it and when you have black belt at least, then say that it`s easy. I`m training karate for 9 years I went trought thick and thin, I saw lots of technique, I fought +100 battles. I broke hand twice in battle, I felt a lot of pain and I can say that Kyokushin way is not easy and we aren`t punchbags. If you say otherwise, prove me that I'm wrong

i hate kids like you that are probably yellow belt and they post comments sayng omg iam a black belt and i own everyone or i can do better etc...I myself am a blue belt with yellow but ( i know its not high) but iam atleast not afraid to say it.

I totally agree on that .

I have done Wado for start , the kyokushinkai ,after that did some goju kai .

All kata in a way are taken fro tradition . of course there is difference in performing .

This is a very good instructional vid for those who wish to develop their own kata or for refreshing the memory .
