You OBVIOUSLY don't know what hardcore is, you've been under the impression that hatebreed and all your other bands started hardcore in like the 90's. sorry, bad brains were one of the first bands to CREATE true hardcore in 1979 and throughout the 80's and 90's.

well, bad brains is one of my favorite bands ever, hatebreed is one of the best hardcore bands out there to me, great band, and OBVIOUSLY they wont be better than the brains but hell pretty good cover id say, haha

Uhh..BB were from D.C. not NYC...hence the Banned In D.C??? Bad Brains is without a doubt the most underrated band of all time. I feel lucky I've gotten to see them live so many times, meet Dr. Know, HR. I was at Jasta 14's first practice session Jaime was like 15 or something, Hardcore Pete, n Strange Greg. Jaime's a rock star now, and a lot of the New Haven old farts love to say HB sucks, but I won't. He made it, good for him, 'sides most of us are just angry we aren't rock stars too. I'm old

bad brains was a great band and one of the original pioneers of hardcore. hatebreed is a great metal band that has been influenced by hardcore bands like bad brains. they're both good now quit ur bitching and listen to the god damn song
