One of the best things about Purple at that time was that there was so much improvisation. They didn't play the same song the same way two nights running. But this is different, its a song in evolution. It just goes to show what great musicians they all were and still are!

Oh wow deep purple performing lazy in 1971..probably one of the first few times they did than would go off to record it for machine head! Sounds a bit different but of course awesome and rare recording here..that I think needs these rare recordings to be remastered and come out for everyone to hear like it deserves!!! my favorite period for the band 69-73..mk 2 the best!!
