خود استاد هم بارها گفتند بهترین نوع حکومت برای ایران پادشاهی مشروطه پارلمانی است اما نگرانی ایشان درست است یعنی مردم باید به سطح فکری یک کشوری مثل انگلیس و سوعد برسند تا مثل آنها در نظام پادشاهی باز هم قدرت دست مردم باشد
درسته مصدق فقط نگران اجرا نشدن درست قانون اساسی بود اما به نظر من ما داشتیم گام ب گام به دموکراسی نزدیک میشدیم و محمد رضا شاه هم همین رو میخواست اما متاسفانه ما ظرفیت دموکراسی را نداشتیم تا یکم آزادی داد همه شدن نوکر آمریکا و انگلیس
