Peacock Spider 5

Courtship of a spider that has become known as "Darlington's peacock spider", the only footage of this species that exists to date. I found these specimens during a trip to the Stirling Range in September 2011. No, the males in this species do not fight, they simply ignore each other. But if you watch my video Peacock Spider 3 you can see some male - male combat in Maratus vespertilio

how you make them open their back? is it u put a mirror to let them see?

I never tried a mirror, but I don't think it would work. The males only display to females. So the trick is to get a female
