It only takes half a brain to realise this isn't true.

Guys.... Who knows, the guy who made this vid is promoting the phishing site and trying to get your passwords do not under any circumstances even go to the website he says. Only enter your password on JaGeX sites. If there was a new RuneScape 3 beta or whatever, JaGeX would post it in the news on RuneScape 2 site. Again, it only takes half a brain to figure this out.
