Here's your Roller Cooler Cooler Roller! It has 2 4in two way speakers in front, 2 6.5in components with 1 in tweeters on the sides, 10in sub in top lid, 900 watt 4ch amp running it all. Has a computer sound to light LED module, LED light strips surrounding the sub, LED Strobes in the corners, It all runs off a 12 volt Deep cell marine battery. Control panel has main power switch, amp switch, fan switch, strobe switch, sub LED switch, and a Aux switch for later add ons. I took it down the Guadalupe River on Memorial weekend and it was a blast. Cooler ran all day full blast no problem. I charge it at night with a reg car bat charger. • how much did all this cost you to make?? This is pretty badass!

    GO TEXANS!!

  • @botellos7 I think I have about 400 with battery all together

  • Have u had any problems with amp overheating? Also I have been toying with the idea of making mine with a fiberglass top using 6x9s so it won't have a sub. How does your sub hold up? I just don't know if it will make a big difference Not using a sub. Any overheating and what's the most hrs you have gotten before battery diead?

  • @arsan1972 Yes, in the beginning I had a lil overheating problems. It would run for about 2 hrs then cut out. Since the video I have installed two 3 inch computer fans directly on the amp. I cut two holes in the bottom of the amp and have one pushing air and one pulling air through it. Its stays around 118degs which not bad at all. My Sub does really good. Alot of people said it wouldnt sound good but I guess they just didnt know how to do it. I have ran it for over 6hrs with no problem!!!

  • Hey man that cooler is the shit...great job on the wiring and toggle switches......did you use any websites to get you going on this? Im looking for references.

  • @voodooart1 Thank you! No, I just seen a couple coolers on youtube and then did everything else myself. I just ordered the sound to light module from Koolertek com.

I have a guy i work with that owns a computer controlled plasma cutter to make my logo. The lights i bought a auto supply.

  • not sure if you commented on this yet but how did you get the leds to light up with sound? Very nice by the way

  • Nice clean job.

  • where can you get the plating to cover the handles on the side. i have made 2 that are waterproof and im thinking about using a solar panel to help keep the battery charged.

  • thats one badass cooler bro, much props. im making a similar one for the river next month. just had a question or 2. just curious how you hooked up the ipod to the speakers without the headunit, and the blue box flashing inside the cooler, is that for the lights to flash to the music? and the black box on the front inner wall that flashes red and green led's, just curious as to what thats for. hope to hear from you soon, and again, great job
