About 50 coconut shells were burnt to produce activated charcoal as a filter medium.
Water is sprayed on the burnt coconut shells so they will remain in chips/granular form instead of burning down completely into ashes.
Thanks Mr. Sylas and Mr. Rinoy for helping out despite the heat!
