  • but when was the last time you saw a jacked vegan?

  • @MrMetallicFalcon Check out veganbodybuildingdotcom or the next video that I put up! ; )

  • why does all the plant based foods haves o little protein then... when you read its like 13 pr 100 grams if you rlucky... meat says it has 19 to 20 .. so is it strange i choose meat? its easier ..

  • @TheRogueMonk You are still caught in the belief system that we need lot's of protein. When you eat meat you are getting second hand protein. Where does the cow get it's protein? From the grass in the form of amino acids. We can do the same. Get the raw materials from the plants to build our own protein. A balanced high raw vegan diet will give you everything you need. Fruits vegetables nuts and seeds, there is your meal plan! : )

  • @BeYourPotential that is so general... i want a real meal plan...

also a lot of people have allergy to peanuts ... i am not sure if i have... the amount of protein pr serving of vegetarian food is SO MUCH you get full before getting that amount of protein .

are you suggesting we need half the amount of protein that they recommend because you mean that the little protein in vegeterian foods can account for the large amount of meat protein?

  • @TheRogueMonk I am saying that you don't need any protein. There is plenty of amino acids in fruits and vegetables that will allow the body to build it's own protein. A daily green smoothie with 500gms of spinach or other green leaf will be more than enough.

  • Chris is a certified stud! GREAT answer bro! :D

  • @TheRogueMonk You could read the 80-10-10 book from Dr. Graham, that will clarify a lot of what you're asking. Chris follows that diet, the Low Fat Raw Vegan, which consists mostly of fruits to get enough calories per day. By eating fruit the amount of food eaten is less than the amount of veggies you would need to eat to get the same amount of calories. Fruit is the star of this diet, although vegetables too. In any case you need to eat very large amounts of food. Fats are avoided

  • @TheRogueMonk only if its free man.. only if its free....

i cant afford to eat so much fruit as you do man.. fruit here is not cheap :(

but you eat too much fruit lLOL if you eat anything in that quantity you get protein.. but are you against vegetables? i dont see you eat too much vetgetables... ? i thought vegetables is easier to eat ..

  • @TheRogueMonk for a few questions yes, if you wish to go more in depth my email address and a consult is much better :)

  • @ck1nsh cant i just write to you into your channel?

  • @ck1nsh the prob with youtbe is i dont get comments .. so you guys have to write to the right ocomment or it wont appear in my comments it seems
