I know it is hard to clear the mind. regardless of what is going on around you which is normally a reflection of what is going on inside you. What have you done for others recently? When we help others our problems and situations take on a different meaning. We feel good about ourself, we utilize what we have and turn it in a different positive direction. Think about that.. what are you going to do for someone else today!?

How can I meditate when my life sucks? I have loser parents who don't help me. I have loser husband who is unemployed and play video games all day. I don't get along with my co-workers and about to get fire soon. I never held a job longer than a year. I have a skin disease that makes me feel ugly.
