how dare you theres nothing wrong with wat he said to u he doing his job i work in whsmith i am not a checkout counter person people i go 2 work everyday an do my job i give it my all i get along with all my colleges and if u want 20,000 whsmith employees to explain why we ask u questions so be it but don't insult us wen we work so hard to run our shops u have no right its out of order think before u speak in future DAISY not nice atall

That kinda happen to me.

I went in with my friend it was 2 weeks before christmas and my friend is a BIG Mat Smith Doctor Who fan so i secretly wandered off and bought her the DW album.

My friend was kinda close when i bought it and i handed it in to the the WH Smiths counter man he said IN A REALLY LOUD VOICE

"Is this Doctor Who Album for your brother?"

So i put on a fake voice and handed him the money. :3

i am a whsmith checkout person. i will ask questions. because when you leave we all have a laugh! "did you see that girl i saw, yeah, the one that brought the doctor who annual ahahahahhahaha"

The bloke at the till robotically says the same thing to every customer wether he selling a book ,small nuclear device or inflatable doll because he told to do all that stuff by his Boss , the "customer" likes all that kind of sh=t reality is they hate it ,but these store keep pushing this on their staff to talk to the customers..
