  • Dude looks like a '70s pornstar.

  • @seaofseeof Obviously, you've never seen me with my clothes off.

  • I learned mandolin a few years ago, and my teacher said I was the only student he'd ever had who actually wanted to learn music theory, rather than just be given a few songs to learn/strum.

    :P.

And thank you for uploading these lessos; I brought a guitar today, and went straight to your lessons because your banjo lessons were so helpful when I was learning banjo lol :P.

  • @TheWhiteDevil1612 If you e-mail me at bourassastudio@gmail.com I will give you a PDF file of links in order for all these lessons.

  • This is really useful! I jump between flatpick and finger style for different things. I would like to build up the techniques shown and develop an ear for the notes through scales so I can work things out. Started to learn some tunes from grade 3 classical guitar book as I Iike both classical and spanish music as well as folk bluegrass blues etc..Everything that is acoustic!. Is a thumb pick worth sticking with then if I want to play fingerstyle on steel string guitars in the long run?

  • @sightsizemethod I would say, listen to your favorite players and do as they do. My favorite fingerstyle players used thumbpicks, so I did, I have more definition with one, especially on single line work.

    To each his own.
