@Irlen07 : Yes, you are correct. The Glendale, AZ, police department are currently searching a landfill in Tempe, Arizona, for the body of Jhesseye Shockley. Jhessye's mother may not have loved her but the family members who raised her from infancy to five years of loved and adored her. Jhessye had a good life until she was given back to her mother. The family members who cared for her loved her and are heartbroken. Thank you for responding.

Even my kids add what did Jhessye do 2 deserve that? That is sad my kids are afraid because of this. It is so close 2 our home and wonder why who ever had her gave her back, the justice system failed those kids and I am wondering what horror did the older kids suffer & when she stopped going to school, why the school didn't report it after the 10 days? I am questioning everyone's actions, because Jhessye & her siblings didn't/don't deserve that. I am no saint but that hurts my down in my soul!

You are absolutely correct, so many failed Jhessye: CPS, the school, her mother, her family members who gave her back to Jerice, even neighbors who may have heard the screams and did nothing. In my heart I believe Jerice Hunter is responsible for the disappearance of Jhesseye, and the person/persons who helped her are guilty also. Thanks again for your comments.

Media like Nancy Grace was to busy Dancing with the Stars and making comments about her kids to give a hoot about Jheassye! My apologizes goes to the family Jhessye was ripped away from and forced to give back to her mom and now she is gone.

@missaries77: I also agree with you. No parent is perfect. But I also know that most parents do the best they can for their children and the thought of hurting them or inflicting intentional pain is unthinkable. On all accounts you are correct about spreading the blame on those who should have protected Jhesseye: CPS; Sheriff; Attorney General. Hope is fading of finding Jhesseye alive. Its heartbreaking and sad. Her story has touched so many lives. Beautiful little one.

@missaries77: My heart sank when I read about the abuse suffered by Jhesseye at the hands of her mother Jerice. I have never supported the mother because the story was suspect from the moment Jhesseye disappeared. Jhesseye did nothing to deserve this type of abuse. NO CHILD deserves to be abused. If parents become that angry....walk away and cool down. It doesn't look good for Jhesseye...but until they find her...we will continue to keep her image out there.
