"Toshimaen Flying Pirates - 1990 (Legal Screaming)"

It was a great way to relieve stress - go to the Toshimaen Yuenchi (amusement park) and scream away on the "Flying Pirates" ride. The general thing was for the people on the up side to scream, and the people on the down side to clap. I joined in the fun with gusto.... Taken in September 1990.

To the left? Yeah - actually there are (were?) separate lines for each place to sit down. Nobody wants to sit in the middle, so those seats generally stay empty and people just wait for the next one so they can sit further back. - LHS
