Final Fantasy Video Walkthrough Part 44 - Sea Shrine Part 5 (Kraken)

Finally, I stumble upon Kraken and manage to make him into sushi.

Warning: Some serious idiocy in this video.

Commentary:
0:13 - NOW we're talking. Since your Knight should be well protected by now against most things, the Ribbons should go to the other party members.
0:32 - Irritating place for a fixed encounter. At least it's an easy one.
1:36 - DAN9 finally has 6 hits. Now he's gonna be pouring on the pain.
3:40 - I lost track of which floor this was, so I wander around looking for treasure here when there is none. This is the bottom floor. I suggest skipping ahead to about 6:10.
7:43 - This mean heal time.
8:04 - Kraken isn't too tough, his nastiest feature is an 8-hit physical attack. Use RUSE, INVS, and the Defense sword to help defend against it. He's weak to Lightning, so throw as many LIT3 and LIT2 spells as you can his way. He uses LIT spells as well, so break the ALIT out. He also has a Darkness attack, but who really cares about that? FAST a fighter, of course. He has 800 HP.
