Waiting for the punchline main riff acoustic

This is an attempted rendition of the great nuno bettencourt riff from the track "Waiting for The Punchline" from Waiting from the punchline album. I just love playing this. I have modified it by playing it lower on the second round with open E string fill in. This is something Nuno does on another video on youtube.

Hi,

I think Nuno at the end of his video is doing a run from Peacemaker die solo- where he palm mutes a flurry of notes (refer to score). With regards to what is happening at 0.34-good question...I think it is a mixture of struck and pull off notes
