The voice actor for the female Shepard is a MUCH better actor then the male one. He's so emotionless and awkward lol

Yeah, because you're helping someone. The renegade outcome is Harrot forcing Kenn out of business. Of course, this pretty much fits the definition of an "Intimidate" option. Of course, in my playthrough, I simply paid Kenn before I even realized you could do this.
