I disagree. T-girls are more prevalent in the East because the visual aesthetic is easier to pull off given that asians tend to have more petite and slender bodies. In actuality transgender people are more violently oppressed in Korea, Japan and Asia than in the West. Of course, westerners have a harder time (non-asian usually) pulling off the illusion of gender crossover aesthetics.
