http://www.makeraw.com | Making a raw salad with, sprouted wheat berry, sprouted red quinoa, sprouted pumpkin seeds, sprouted sun flower seeds, goji berries, chunks of apple, zucchini and romaine lettuce. Sprouting seeds is a good way to make the nutrients in them more available to your body. It also is easy on the digestion system. I LOVE to sprout seeds!!

  • Fantastic salad idea. Thanks.

  • @vishiqualle My pleasure!

  • This salad looks so delicious! I love quinoa in salads (especially the kind that's red--it gives them such a pretty color) and I like to get mine organic from this place called love street living foods. :-)

  • Have you ever tried diced beets with quinoa? Especially the white quinoa. The red in the beets makes the quinoa seed look like little ruby's. Anyway, thanks for commenting.
