This is funny. FYI I believe in your other video you recommended soaking the plank for an hour. If this is the case, you may want to try soaking it for at least 6 hours. That will reduce the fires.

always have a spray bottle of water
never leave the grill unattended....pull up a chair down a few beers and hit any flame with a shot of water
cameraman has to chill out...was acting like the house was on fire
