'yuck' to all the spewing. How old does a woman have to be before she is considered an old lady? I want to know.
I hate the birthday thing too. HATE it. And no one gets it. "Oh, no", they say, "you have to celebrate and we can have a party." Ick. I don't want the attention. I never know what to say.

Got a good laugh from your old woman story. The thing I most miss about working in a customer service capacity is those random slices of a life from an alternate universe. I looked desperately for something on the the internet that would provide me with generic sayings for those pointless birthday pass-around-work cards. You'd think that would exist.
