@demesaa You've obviously never read the story. Delilah's name is practically synonymous with deception; the tricked Samson into giving up the secret of his strength so she could collect a bribe. I'd argue that you could even take "lie" as a double entendre, i.e. in the sense of deceit and in the sense of "lie with" (sex).

Yea that makes sense. I have to agree with you. I've always wondered the part "Beneath the sheets of paper lies my truth" part. Like I know what it means but I never read of a "lie" in Samson & Delilah.
