Our wonderful childbirth experience would not have been nearly as great without the ABC Birthing Center and it's incredible staff! Not only did they carry us through the initial process with late notice, they helped us with a troublesome natural birth. As amazing as the initial care was, the home visits and phone calls after Gia's birth really took their quality service over the edge. Although Des had a risky birth, she was glad to be able to relieve her pain within a comfortable, intimate, and take-your-time sort of environment.

We are SO happy to have healthy baby Gia in our lives now. Stay tuned for some Q&A videos about natural childbirth (how it felt, what happened the day of childbirth, and so on), as well as other videos on childcare. We're not legally certified to give specific information, but plan on letting you guys know what's working for us.

Did you videotape the actual birth, could you post it? I mean your pushing stage and so on.

We plan to publish that soon. We got pushing and crowning. She had a problematic birth, so we didn't get Gia coming out since EVERYONE was helping her push =]. There is a lot of stuff that needs to be blurred out..lol..so we're working on showing the process while still not having me get slapped for showing her nude. We should have that up by the end of the month =]. She will also be posting Q&A, so feel free to ask any questions. We are very happy that we chose this instead of a hospital.
