A search of the scientific literature reveals no clinical investigations of cannabis for the treatment of diabetes, but does identify a small number of preclinical studies indicating that cannabinoids may modify the disease's progression and provide symptomatic relief to those suffering from it.[1-2] Most recently, a study published in the journal Autoimmunity reported that injections of 5 mg per day of the non-psychoactive cannabinoid CBD significantly reduced the incidence of diabetes in mice. Investigators reported that 86% of untreated control mice in the study developed diabetes. By contrast, only 30% of CBD-treated mice developed the disease.[3] In a separate experiment, investigators reported that control mice all developed diabetes at a median of 17 weeks (range 15-20 weeks), while a majority (60 percent) of CBD-treated mice remained diabetes-free at 26 weeks.[4]

  • Keep the crap (toxins) out of you such as... fast food, processed foods, SUGAR, aspartame (artificial sweetners), fried foods (trans fats), flour, table salt, enriched anything, over the counter drugs (like tylenol), prescription drugs, alcohol, etc.

think NATURE - eat WHOLE foods. mostly plant based. Fruits, veggies, Nuts & seeds. Meat in moderation & if eaten should be clean. Grass feed beef, wild fish (not farmed), etc. Marijuana-Cannabis-Pot (whatever) for MEDICINE.

  • I have type 2 diabetes is pot good for me??

  • @a4nak8r pot is just a slang term for hemp, but yes...that is what I meant. There are so many medical properties.

  • @NC420Reform I believe you are referring to hemp seeds. It's not just the seeds that can help to balance your cholesterol and the rest of your body. It's many of the wonderful and healing food products that comes from the hemp plant; ie seeds, hemp hearts (hemp nut), protein powder, hemp seed oil, hemp flour, pasta and the list goes on and on. Hemp has the highest and most digestible protein of any plant on the planet. Has a high Omega 3, 6 and 9 content that is easily assimilated by the body.

  • @NC420Reform luckily i am im i california and it does help

  • @lace0mafia are you in a state where you can use it again to help along with the insulin to control your blood sugar levels?

  • @NC420Reform i started smoking bud when i was 12 and on my 13 b day i was diagnosed with diabetes and with all honesty i kept smoking till i was15 and i would have less hypoglycemic states than now my bloodsugars are all screwed up so i might have to get an insulin pump if my bloodsugars dont improve im 17 now so bud does work for diabetes

  • @MopDMTBARTL Did you hear the study that recently came out saying eating pot seeds lowered cholesterol better than pills? Amazing stuff...

  • @NC420Reform - actually my mission is to make marijuana legal too. i just happen to focus on all truth on my website because i feel once more people wake up, it would make legalization much easier.

  • @crazylikeamoose77 Nice to hear this from an actual patient!

  • @MopDMTBARTL Though I agree with your message and information, I would prefer if you do not use my videos as a forum to send people to your web site. Because I do agree with you, I decided not to block you or remove the comment. But in the future...don't use me for your mission. My mission is making marijuana legal, yours is getting people to go all natural and avoid processed products.
