Massacre se formó a mediados de los 80s, originalmente bajo el nombre de Massacre Palestina y con una marcada orientación hacia el skate rock. De allí en más, forjaron un sonido propio que evolucionó hacia otras formas, sin perder la esencia ni fuerza primitivas. Actualmente es una de las bandas más importantes del rock argentino, con 11 discos editados (sumadas las grabaciones de estudio, en vivo y EP's), prestigio bien ganado entre músicos y medios especializados y gran poder de convocatoria popular, especialmente con sus dos últimas ediciones: "El mamut" (2007) y "Ringo" (2011). "Tanto amor" es el primer corte de difusión del album "Ringo" (2011).
