Since the slow rise of employment, there has been a Corporate Employer and Social Media Stigmata looming over anyone who dares post anything personal on the internet. You wonder what boundaries to establish and lines not to cross when we look at the corporate open door policy and the . However, it's hard to distinguish what the rules are and if we need any (on both sides of the spectrum). Welcome to Downtime with Jen, where all things are discussed and randomness ensues.

Just like trolling on social media can damage the economy through minimizing traffic or utilizing black hat SEO, employers and unwritten policies in corporate culture could aid in possibly shutting down communication (on a personal level) over social media sites; if not actually minimize the traffic going to social media sites much like the troll to digital business owners. Please think about what you're doing before you become unreasonable.   • @svennbreng You are right about that. Nothing had been reported or shown via youtube and other sources of the protesters being violent in any way. I will, thank you :-) You do the same.

  • Well said. Guess we aren't as free as we were raised to believe. 

  • @svennbreng I just had a conversation with a man who was involved with the Occupy Wall St. movement on the way home from work. It was educational and also shocking.
