An Evening with Lisa Gerrard

In 2007, the SIFF hosted "An Evening with Lisa Gerrard." Her film, "Sanctuary" was shown and afterward, an intimate Q&A with the singer.

In this clip, she explained how to find your centre and your voice by singing notes.

It was a singular experience and after this clip, she had us stand to sing with her. It was amazing to be three rows away from that voice, singing with her.

@SonyaBladeMK11 I know that's classified in the contralto vocal range but she also sings effortlessly in the mezzo-soprano range. Sorry, I know that wasn't truly helpful!
