Honda 6.5 hp GX200 "rare type of turning"

Here we are show you how we reduce in a rare type of turning with a lathe the crankshaft Honda engine GX200T from 20mm to exacly 3/4", this it was a very hard job because this engine is new and we don`t want to disarm it,"we need the shaft od @ 3/4" to fit a sentrifugal clutch with 3/4" bore to use it in a funny kart, so we do it how we show you here, thanks.

stupid, the axle is already tapered inside in the center of axle that's why I didn't have to taper anything; you dont know what you say, what do you think that we didnt know what we were doing, any cuestion please let me know.

@224736 all he did was remove material from the pto end. he did not touch the rod journal or the rodm so no, this will not cause vibrations or rod damaage.

@Hogasofa they have different endings. some are 3/4 keyed, others are tapered or threaded depending on the intended application.

pretty sure that would un balance the crank, and once you modify it, its gonna vibrate or snap rods.
