Try to look infront of you instead of looking down, also try to heels down
dont only try to keep your head straight but also your shoulders and back to keep a better balance. Make sure that when you trot you are in the proper rythm and FOLLOW YOUR HORSES MOVEMENTS! good job keep up and remember all the advice I gave you, and apart from that amazing work. You will love horses and riding them in furthere when you have more experience. Keep up the good work! Anna and Sandra

that's pretty good for your first lesson... i can't really remember mine but we have a new girl in our lesson and started trotting her second lesson.

I do lots of horse riding been riding for years over 8 years! I would ride English.. Unless you are from america and want to follow the culture of western. I find english a lot easier..
