Here's a mental health break that'll get your toes tapping. In honor of the last day of classes, students at Carrollwood Day School in Tampa flooded the football field to dance in summer vacation.

Hundreds of elementary- and middle-schoolers (and a few of their parents and teachers) performed the official routine for Let's Move, First Lady Michelle Obama's anti-childhood obesity campaign. The dance is set to Beyoncé's Move Your Body.

The kids practiced for a month under the direction of music teacher Anissa Ruiz. "The point is to keep them moving," said Ruiz, who's also a part-time Zumba fitness instructor. "They don't have to be perfect in the dance. We just want them moving and grooving."

Carrollwood Day School was unable to participate in the nationwide Let's Move flash workout on May 3. As part of the school's efforts to promote health, the fifth graders recently completed a project on obesity.

What song gets you moving?
